In other words it's another way of saying that they are second hand endowment policies.

These are common because it is very unusual for a policyholder to maintain its policy until it reaches its maturity date which is generally 25 years after the policy began. The policy will be surrendered to the insurance company which give a quote that always lower price than the price buyer purchased. Another way of selling endowment policies is by selling them to a open market.

Traded endowment policies (TEPs) is also a way of investing. An investor can buy endowment policies sold by Traded endowment policies (TEPs) companies.

There are benefits for the people who are selling their policies through Traded endowment policies (TEPs) market. It is very likely that they are going to get more money for their own endowment policies by selling them in this way, rather than by surrendering to the company they have bought them from. As well as this is the added bonus that when you sell your policies you no longer have to pay premiums for them.

Traded endowment policies (TEPs) companies trade traditional with-profits policies from leading insurance companies, which offer a unique mix of capital guarantees and potential for future growth. The market for Traded endowment policies (TEPs) works on the assumption that endowment policies will grow steadily in value until they mature. As each policy has a maturity date, an investor can buy one knowing exactly when it will pay out which provides financial stability for the buyer.

Traded endowment policies (TEPs) have a guaranteed sum assured and additional bonuses. These are known as reversionary bonuses and once allocated, cannot be removed or reduced providing premiums are maintained until maturity.

Investors receive all the advantages of the policies past performance and future bonuses making them an attractive prospect. As a result of this, traded endowment policies provide long term security and greater opportunities for potential investment growth.

With-profits policies provide smoothed growth by using reserves built up in good years to support returns in leaner years. Smoothing creates an investment lag and so the strong recovery in underlying funds in recent years has only just started to be passed on to policyholders through increased bonus rates.

Since traditional with-profits policies are no longer available as new investments so the only way to tap into this market is through Traded Endowment Policies (TEPs). As most funds are now closed to new business with-profits market into a long slow run off stage. This means that all existing reserves and surpluses will be distributed among the remaining investors. This condition make it possible for investors to capitalize on the hidden value in with-profits funds.

Many with-profits funds have surpluses, which were built up over many years. These 'orphan' assets mean more hidden value with-profits and increase revenues in the coming years.

Given that the fund-gains approach maturity of all reserves and surpluses should be distributed. This division will have to take place for at least the last ten years the existence of the fund to ensure fair treatment of the policyholder and that in the last few policyholders don't get everything.

Back to Home Heraniohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05516874597239454941noreply@blogger.com41tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7358157648485690074.post-72229399018689316622008-07-02T18:22:00.007+07:002008-07-02T21:02:11.808+07:00Japan AV Idols' Pictures (1)I feel both happy and sad about traffic of this blog, based on my sitemeter details. I feel happy because i got a lot of traffics recently. Spain is the King of Europe after beating Germany 1-0 in the final. My prediction missed. Well, not missed too far. Germany went through final so it was only one spot missed. Although I like football so much, I didn't write comprehensive report of Euro 2008 because I though many blogs had already wrote that. So I was just enjoying others' posts while enjoying good Euro matches too. This post is my farewell to Euro 2008. I'm gonna miss event like this.

Like its slogan "Expect Emotions", it did bring emotions to all football fans all over the world. Millions felt happy and millions felt sad. Happy fans decreased day after day as usual. I too did kick my furnitures or throw my remote control many times when my favorite teams played. Like other millions people I'm sure.

So many emotions watching Euro 2008; happy, angry, disappointed, amazed, stunned and so on. Turkey and Russia had a chance to do like what Greece did 4 years ago but again, no more than had a chance. The staying power Germany and the impressive Spain conquered all 'third countries' to make a 'still' dream final.

Anyway, Spain had won the cup. I say congratulation to Spain and all its people and fans. No matter what, the best team would be the winner. And no matter what too, sport entertainment will always come and go. There will be Olympic Games in August, another entertainment for sport freaks.

Viva la vida (living life) everybody!

Back to Home Heraniohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05516874597239454941noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7358157648485690074.post-3681238295402906972008-06-25T22:31:00.008+07:002008-06-25T23:12:30.707+07:00Our LivesI'm now crazy about a song by The Calling titled Our Lives. Ever since the moment I heard of the song, it automatically became my favorite. The song sounds great, but it is the lyrics that do 'the calling' for me. It speaks of love, life, hope and faith. That no matter disappointed and heart-break we are, there's still a reason to continue on, to move on and there's a reason we're here in this world.

This song makes me excited to live my life - today! This song is awesome! Check out the lyric:

Is there love, tonight
When everyone's dreaming
Of a better life
In this world
Divided by fear
We've got to believe that
There's a reason we're here
Yeah, there's a reason we're here

Oh, yeah...

Cause these are the days worth living
These are the years we're given
And these are the moments
These are the times
Let's make the best out of our lives...

See the truth, all around
Ohh, our faith can be broken
Yea, our hands can be bound
Ohh, but open our hearts
And fill up the emptiness
With nothing to stop us
Is it not worth the risk?
Yeah, is it not worth the risk?

No, yeah...

Cause these are the days worth living
These are the years we're given
And these are the moments
These are the times
Let's make the best out of our lives...

And even if hope was shattered
I know it wouldn't matter
Cause these are the moments
These are the times
Let's make the best out of our lives...

We can't go on
Thinking it's wrong to speak our minds
I've got to let out what's inside

Is there love, tonight
When everyone's dreaming
Well can we get it right?
Yeah, well can we get it right?

Cause these are the days worth living
These are the years we're given
And these are the moments
These are the times
Let's make the best out of our lives...

And even if hope was shattered
I know it wouldn't matter
Cause these are the moments
These are the times
Let's make the best out of our lives...

Oh, yeah, let's make the best out of our lives...

Oh, yeah, let's make the best out of our lives...

It remains on my favorite list. Every time I hear this song, I will feel that I am needed by somebody and the urge to live the best of my life - so touching and so encouraging the song is.

Listen to this, get inspired to be the best of yourself and make the best out of your life.

Back to Home Heraniohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05516874597239454941noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7358157648485690074.post-40317371361550159802008-06-19T21:12:00.000+07:002008-06-20T00:39:39.203+07:00China Punishes 128 Companies Over Performance-Enhancing DrugsIn preparation of welcoming World Olympic Games, which open in Beijing on August 8, this year. Chinese authorities are trying to show that they are intended to host a clean Olympic Games. They've just revoked licenses for 3 drug companies and punished 125 other companies for manufacturing, selling or distributing performance-enhancing drugs.

The government did not release a complete list of companies involved in production and distribution of illegal drugs, but said it would all be punished according to law and that tougher penalties should be measured on companies that illegally distribute performance-enhancing drugs before or during the Olympic Games.

Chinese authorities disputed the claim by the United States that China have accounted for 99 percent of the illicit performance-enhancing drugs uncovered in the largest drug-enforcement action in U.S. history last year.

Last year, the Drug Enforcement Administration said that the U.S. government has not been approved for imports and counting on China to stop the flow of the resources, China was asked to investigate the 37 drug manufacturers.

The investigation of the Chinese Ministry of Public Security showed that 13 of 37 companies had exported certain ingredients but most of them were doing legal business, some even with the consent of the Drug Enforcement Administration itself. Of the remaining 24, he said, 17 were not registered and provided false information so further investigation would be continued.

In periods of 1980's and 1990's, China faced a series of doping scandals involving some of its top athletes. But after that, China has produced a large numbers of world-class athletes with only a few doping scandals, although some international competitors accused the Chinese athletes of cheating.

Back to Home Heraniohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05516874597239454941noreply@blogger.com8tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7358157648485690074.post-87372749545472246442008-06-13T15:16:00.007+07:002008-06-13T21:26:30.358+07:00Maria Ozawa is Out of Top 50 AV IdolsBased on latest list by Japan Heat, Maria Ozawa is no longer top idol in Japan adult video (AV) industry (view complete list here).

"Hey, who's Maria Ozawa?"

Oops, sorry. It's only two days from first whistle blow. I've been waiting this event for months. I'm so excited to see the first kick off.

Well, I'm sure every football lover has his/her own favorite. My favorite, like always, is Germany. I like Germany Bundesliga since the time of TVRI as the only broadcast station in Indonesia, aired Bundesliga in late 80's. I watched almost every match accompanying my grandpa who also loved it. May be because I had no choice that time. No other leagues aired here. Italian Serie A aired in Indonesia in early 90's but I still couldn't watch it until '96. RCTI frequency couldn't reach my village until that time.

After Italian Serie A, then came other European leagues one by one; English Premiere League, Dutch Eredivision and Spanish Liga Primera. Thank God I live in Indonesia so I have the privilege to choose any match I want to watch from top European soccer leagues for free. The privilege even origin citizens don't have.

I can watch the coming Euro 2008 on 3 stations for free even though I'd love to fly to Austria-Switzerland if I have money. Thank you MNC media for bringing this quality event to us, football lovers. I hope you'll get big profit in return.

To express my excitement, I can only say, "Marhaban Ya Euro 2008!".

Back to Home Heraniohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05516874597239454941noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7358157648485690074.post-11798195263666233452008-05-25T11:03:00.001+07:002008-05-26T11:23:19.783+07:00Sir Alex Ferguson will Retire in 2012Sir Alex Ferguson sees himself on his seventieth not at the helm of Manchester United. Will he continue until seventieth at Man Utd? ''Never on my life''said Ferguson. Two shots from Chelsea hit the bar, Didier Drogba's red card and John Terry's penalty slip proved that.

Cristiano Ronaldo made Man Utd lead with his head, made him a sharpest-head man in CL this season with 4 goals from heading. Lampard equalized before first half ended. On second half, Chelsea dominated the game and threated Man Utd's goal with shots from Michael Ballack, Didier Drogba and Frank Lampard. Chelsea made 23 shots overall. The score 1-1 made game must be continued extra time.

A provocation from Carloz Tevez made a little fights between players about 7 minute extra time ended. Small foolish mistake by Drogba made him sent off. Chelsea lost one executor for penalty kick.

John Terry, who took Drogba's spot, slipped at rainy Moscow field when he took the penalty which gave extra life to Man Utd. Man Utd won the game with that extra life.

However, Man Utd deserved the cup. Luck is part of football every time. They have proven their class in campaign for Moscow final with superb displays. Chelsea might not as attractive as Man Utd but they have also proven that they have stable performance since managed by Avram Grant, the manager who emerged from middle of nowhere.

Congratulation to Man Utd for their third CL cup. Congratulation to Ryan Giggs, Gary Neville, Paul Scoles and Owen Hargreaves for their second CL cup. My sympathy for Michael Ballack who has second lost in CL final.

Back to Home Heraniohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05516874597239454941noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7358157648485690074.post-33608440548482011702008-05-22T04:46:00.000+07:002008-05-22T15:27:39.313+07:00Young Lads from Munich Gave Indonesia a LessonIndonesia lost 1-5 to FC Bayern Munich last night at Gelora Bung Karno Stadion. I was there among about 60,000 people viewed the match. Like always, no matter win or lose we, supporters, gave attention, support and applause for all players.

I was wrong at my previous post where I wrote that there was Daniel van Buyten to play. Apparently he was injured and couldn't make it to Jakarta. But although only played with their 3 first-choices and 4 regular-substitutes, most other players were U-20, Bayern was too strong for Indonesia.

Hattrick from Jan Schlaudraff, 1 from Breno Vicius and 1 from Toni Kroos, actually there was one more canceled goal from Ze Roberto which was I'm sure he wasn't offside, enough to give a lesson to Indonesia. A lesson to play effectively and not making mistakes. Though had more possession, mostly on second half, ineffective play and also unnecessary mistakes surely did a big help for Bayern to win the game. Indonesia could only score one goal from Bambang Pamungkas.

At after-match press conference, Ottmar Hitzfeld stated his praise for Elie Aiboy who was very agile and threated Bayern's goal several times. He also revealed that actually they were lost at speed an agility but Indonesia made many mistakes so they could win the game comfortably. Benny Dollo, Indonesian coach, agreed and confessed that his team were trapped by Bayern's style.

One more thing should be an attention, field condition at Gelora Bung Karno. After used for another even one night before, it was in bad condition and not-nice looking. In the future, PSSI shall forbide any attempt to use the stadium other than football match events.

I came home with a satisfaction, same as other supporters felt, that Bayern proved that they've taken this match seriously even with second line players. For Indonesia, we, spartan football lovers will always say just like any Liverpool fans says, "You will never walk alone".

Back to Home Heraniohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05516874597239454941noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7358157648485690074.post-12736321267931972702008-05-21T06:28:00.009+07:002008-05-22T16:09:28.638+07:00Indonesia vs Bayern MunichFC Bayern Munich is in Jakarta. They came with 21 players, 17 from senior team and 4 from junior team. There are no Luca Toni, Franck Ribery, Miroslav Klose, Lukas Podolski and Bastian Schweinsteiger due to Euro Cup preparation but some top players are brought by; Mark van Bommel, Daniel van Buyten, Ze Roberto and Jose Ernesto Sosa. Also some players from Germany juniors like Christian Lell, Toni Kroos, Andreas Ottl, and Jan Schlaudraff. Unfortunately there's no Lucio. The team leaded directly by Bayern's manager Uli Hoeness and off course, head coach Ottmar Hitzfeld.

They are seriously preparing 3 friendly matches in Indonesia, China and India as promotional series to Asian nations. Good choices. The 3 nations are top 3 in Asian population with hundreds of million football lovers. Wiser than Manchester United which only choose Japan or Korea, high payers, regularly as tour destination. It's only business, ain't it mate?

Bayern's players looked enthusiastic while giving coaching clinic to young boys from junior soccer clubs in Jakarta at Soemantri Brodjonegoro Stadion. Although they just landed at noon, they didn't show that they were tired after long flight from Germany.

Indonesian Coach Benny Dollo has been preparing his team seriously. While training at Senayan, Charis Yulianto and Nova Yulianto were set to fill center back positions. Both have experience playing against another Germany club, Borussia Dortmund last December. All players seemed enthusiastic to face Bayern.

The match will held today, May 21 at Gelora Bung Karno Stadion at 18.00. I hope grass condition at stadion is good since thousands people stepped on it last night at ceremony of 100th National Awakening, and days before for rehearsals. Yes I really hope it's good because I saw it last night, some area looked barren.

I'm just hoping it will be a pleasuring match and Indonesian players can get lessons from it. Fight and learn, don't mind the result. We have been supporting you through worse and worse. The score is 2-0 with goals from Igor Denisov at 72th minute and Konstantin Zyrianov at injury time.

Although played without their top goalgetter Pavel Progebnyak, Zenit took control of the game with Anatoliy Tymoschuk played superbly providing pivot pilot at Zenit's midfield. It's the second cup for Russian clubs in last 4 years.

It seemed Zenit focused in UEFA Cup totally. They don't get impressive result in Russian League; only 14th out of 16 clubs. Four days before the final match in Manchester, Zenit traveled to Holland to play againts AZ Alkmaar, coached by Dick Advocaat's fella Louis van Gaal, on a friendly-test match instead of taking concentration in local league. The match itself ended 2-2 draw. It paid off though. They're a winner now and for next 12 months.

Conratulation Zenit! You deserve it. Or in Russian: Поздравление Зенит! He was arrested over budget mark up on embassy building renovation in 2003. Also arrested, his treasurer, Erizal over the same case. Before KPK took over the case last month, this case was handled by Attorney General’s Office for months. Geez... Hendarman Supanji, what were your men doing? Waited for them die or waited for big bribery just like Urip Tri Darmawan did?

Before that, in Januari KPK had taken prisoner the former Indonesia ambassador for Malaysia, General (Retired) Roesdihardjo. He was chief of police before became ambassador. He was arrested over illegal pickings on immigration documents while he was the ambassador. There was relieving story for me, may be embarrassing for him and his family; KPK made him a prosecuted in March last year but still remained out of cage. During investigation process, he felt sick in December. Finally, he was taken prisoner in January. He was picked while he was taken care at hospital. He was on wheel chair, pushed into barred car with head down and tens of blitzes from journalists' cameras. Poor old guy. Guess he's not lucky old bastard no more.

What KPK have done so far, at least give a hope for me that corrupter can be beaten. Until now KPK had arrested a governor, a minister, mayors, ambassadors, prosecutors, senators, deputy and chief of Bank of Indonesia, and many district bureaucrats. Yes it's not perfect. Two main things still be questioned; first is why there's no active military and police officials got arrested and second is KPK still is picky in investigating persons, like; Aulia Pohan still remains free. Aulia Pohan is father in law of Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono's son. He was a senior deputy of Bank of Indonesia in the time of Bank of Indonesia scandal. Most of his colleagues already got investigated or arrested.

However, like I stated before at least I and we, Indonesian have hope. And like I stated on blog title that I'm a 'Free Thinking Dreamer'. KPK is not perfect and still need to make better performance. KPK's PR revealed that they got about 30 reports about corruption indications a day from all over Indonesia and overseas. Yes overseas; from embassies and consulates. They try their best and recruits more men power to do the job. I hope they will follow up all reports.

I'm sure many dirty bureaucrats don't have good sleep anymore. Haunted by their wrong doings. One example is Minister of Forestry MS Kaban. His statements recently advising shutting down of KPK only show his panic and his stupidity. You are a marked man Kaban! Just wait your time!

KPK goes worldwide. With arresting of ambassadors, then there's no place to hide for corrupter even they're not in Indonesia. They though they were safe because nobody was watching them. They're wrong. My advice for them; you should fix any wrong things you've done before some officers knock on your door and take you away from your family. For KPK; we support you and we pray for you. Don't let us down!

Back to Home Heraniohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05516874597239454941noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7358157648485690074.post-38307705342408598422008-05-05T22:47:00.011+07:002008-05-22T16:10:51.867+07:00UEFA Cup Final: Another Bad Forecast? An anonymous commented on my previous post about UEFA Cup semi-finals where I predicted Fiorentina would meet Bayern in final. It wasn't a prediction actually, more an expectation.

I'm sure most people were surprised that Bayern could be heavily defeated (0-4) by Zenit St. Petersburg. Yes, Zenit is an inspirational team this season but the score 0-4, wow, this Russian club must be something! While in Firenze, a penalty defeat, thanks to Fabio Liverani and Christian Vieri, Fiorentina had from Glasgow Rangers was normal. However Glasgow has bigger name than Fiorentina.

I'll make some analysis about upcoming game at The City of Manchester Stadium on May 14 between Zenit St. Petersburg versus Glasgow Rangers.

Zenit St. Petersburg:

Speaking of Russian clubs, we will point to CSKA Moscow, Dynamo Moscow and Spartak Moscow. Not many people knew about Zenit but this season, this club had made better reaching than those 3.

It was coached by Dick Advocaat, a Dutch big coach. Russian national team also coached by another Dutchman, Gus Hiddink. Hiddink also quite successful in guiding Russia to Euro Cup and denying English chance to be there. Good physical condition, as many Russian players have, could support the pressure football Dutch coach brought on. Pressure football/total football needs good physic so the players can have high mobility and dynamic movement.

Zenit will play without their top scorer Pavel Pogrebnyak due to suspension. But anyway they beat Bayern without Andrei Arshavin, Radek Šírl and Fernando Ricksen, as well as Nicolas Lombaerts and Kim Dong Jin through injury. The captain Anatoliy Tymoschuk and Russin Footballer of The Year 2007 Konstantin Zyrianov are ready to play

Glasgow Rangers:

Along with Glasgow Celtics, Rangers is the most successful Scottish club. They play regularly in Champions League almost every year, and fail in first stage almost every year too.

Under guidance of Walter Smith, they have booked a space in UEFA Cup Final. Not as impressive as Zenit but still, they made it. Barry Ferguson, Steven Naismith, Kris Boyd and Carlos Cuéllar are well known enough in Great Britain. Rangers plays like many British clubs; fast and open. This club has experiences facing big clubs in Europe. Plus they have advantage in final location, British territory. Many supporters from Glasgow will surely travel to Manchester to support their beloved team.

However, Rangers still needs to play better than before. They only scored 4 in the last six matches, no away goal, while Zenit scored 12, six away goals. Despite of advantages Rangers have, I'll still favorite Zenit to win the trophy this year. It won't be an easy game for Zenit though, they will be conceded but they'll score more. 2-1 for Zenit.

It's just a forecast. It can be another bad forecast from me.

Back to Home Heraniohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05516874597239454941noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7358157648485690074.post-88215539846026655202008-04-28T17:59:00.012+07:002008-05-22T16:11:33.274+07:00English Premiere League Team of The YearHere are the full EPL 2007/2008 Team of The Year according to English Professional Footballers' Association:

David James (Portsmouth), Bacary Sagna (Arsenal), Rio Ferdinand (Manchester United), Nemanja Vidic (Manchester United), Gael Clichy (Arsenal), Steven Gerrard (Liverpool), Cesc Fabregas (Arsenal), Cristiano Ronaldo (Manchester United), Ashley Young (Aston Villa), Emmanuel Adebayor (Arsenal), Fernando Torres (Liverpool).

Back to Home Heraniohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05516874597239454941noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7358157648485690074.post-36680640003456355712008-04-28T16:39:00.007+07:002008-05-22T16:11:58.604+07:00Cesc Fabregas is English Young Player of The YearSpain young star Cesc Fabregas has won The Young Player of The Year according to English Professional Footballers' Association.

Also in the nomination were Liverpool striker Fernando Torres, Manchester City rock Micah Richards, Aston Villa duo Gabriel Agbonlahor and Ashley Young, and Manchester United top scorer Cristiano Ronaldo, later voted as The Player of The Year.

Fabregas has been in wonderful years in Arsenal. Fiorentina got a draw 0-0 in UEFA Cup against Glasgow Rangers so did Bayern Munich draw 1-1 with Zenit St. Petersburg last night. Indonesia National Team just won 1-0 against Yemen about one hour ago.

At Ibrox Stadion, Glasgow, full team Fiorentina dominated the match while Rangers played without Barry Ferguson and Kevin Thomson due to suspension. Adrian Mutu, Giampaolo Pazzini, Martin Jørgensen and Zdravko Kuzmanović threatened Rangers' goal several times but back-up goalkeeper Neil Alexander managed to keep his sheet clean.

Rangers also has some chances through Jean-Claude Darcheville, Thomas Buffel and Daniel Cousin but Fiorentina's defense, marshaled by Czech International Thomas Ujfaluši succeeded denying them.

Anything can happens at Stadio Artemio Franchi on second leg next week. Rangers will play with full team. As Fiorentina fan, I hope Fiorentina can keep the high standard of playing as they showed when defeating two big clubs, Everton and PSV Eindhoven.

At same time last night, at Allianz Arena, Munich, FC Bayern faced an obstacle from Zenit. After Franck Ribéry scored at 18th minute, a rebound from miss penalty by Ribéry himself. The tie came up after Lucio scored an own goal at 60th. With Andrei Arshavin and Lukas Podolski failing to deliver a late twist, the tie will be decided on 1 May in Russia.

I'm not disappointed by tie result at home for FC Bayern. Zenit, coached by Dick Advocaat, is a black horse in UEFA Cup this season. They made semi-finals after beating Villareal, Marseille and Bayer Leverkusen. Advocaat has made Zenit became an impressive team in Europe. However, I still favorite FC Bayern. They will beat Zenit with the same way they beat Getafe on quarter-finals.

While in Stadion Jalak Harupat, Bandung, Indonesia beat Yemen with only goal by Bambang Pamungkas at 30th minute. Indonesian coach Benny Dolo made a quite brave move by playing many young players, most of them promoted from U-23. Ardan Araz, Hariyanto, Fandi Mochtar, Paolo Rumere and Arif Sunyono was playing. Indonesia dominated the match since first minute. A nice pass from Firman Utina met Bambang at empty area. Without any pressure, Bambang fired a left foot kick and scored.

After Ponario Astaman and Firman Utina pulled out on second half, Yemen took control of the game. Indonesia could only made some counter attacks. 30 minutes dominating the match, Yemen couldn't score a goal so the match ended 1-0 for Indonesia.

By the way, Indonesia will host Bayern Munich on May 21. FC Bayern will make 10 days Asian tour to popularize its club in Asia. This tour is also going to be a farewell tour for Oliver Kahn who will retire this season. I must see this match. I don't care about the friendly match title and Bayern's European Internationals can't come due to Euro Cup preparation. I'm just hoping it will be held in Jakarta not any other city.

Back to Home Heraniohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05516874597239454941noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7358157648485690074.post-26555760006396067412008-04-18T03:53:00.016+07:002008-07-03T04:46:11.057+07:00Endowment PolicyThere's a big difference between life insurance term policy and endowment policy. An endowment policy returns the face value of the policy to you at the end of the term while life insurance doesn't. For example, say, life insurance will pay a hundred thousand dollars for your beneficiary in during the period when you're dead. If you survive until the end of term, insurance company pays you nothing. While endowment policy will pay your beneficiary a hundred thousand dollars in case you die and if you don't the company will still pay you the same amount.

And the interesting about endowment policy is that you can cash your money before the term ends. However, you'll get less money than you should. There's an alternative for this case, you can sell your endowment to other people. Surely you'll have some troubles finding the people. This is the time TEPS or Traded Endowment Policy Specialist enters. With help from TEPS you can sell your endowment in better price than you just surrender it. Some TEPS companies can help you sell your endowment policy for up to 35% more than your surrender value.

Many cases of the sale of the endowment is a series of scenarios such as obtaining a divorce, debts are paid mobile homes, pay mortgages, tracking payments, and many other situations . This service allows you to get the most out of your staffing policy and they do it quickly and professionally.

All you have to do is fill out a form and the Research Unit of the endowment market for you. Moreover, it is even more difficult and takes more offers to work and study at the same time and there are a number of carriers that, through a very time-consuming, will not even allow.

College loans consolidation is the preferred choice in the way of dealing with student loan burdens. Not only lets you easily to the monthly payment, longer payment periods, and a lower monthly payment. Few families and secondary school students can pay for a traditional college. Without any financial aid or in the finesse of the loans or scholarships.

Application for college loans or scholarships for the federal or private student loans is not as difficult as it seems. Although the process varies from one loan to others, from one student to others and from one lender to others, there are a number of variables that are common to all situations.

Varying loan aid to unheard of demands if you are going to adopt college loan consolidation is certainly looking for the lowest interest rate, so that will not hurt you in the long term. Students who are interested in obtaining loan consolidation money would be wise to start looking for scholarships for which they may be eligible during their last year of high school or earlier. It is always a good idea to simulate your high school counselor to check in the local fairs.

Different college loans are created for different needs, you must first decide whether you want your payments deferred until graduation or not, how much money you need, how long you want your loan to last, how much money you can afford on a monthly basis , on other things you think related to it. Once you have an idea of what you need, you need an application for a loan first government since you get better terms on your government loan.

The students generally a requirement applies only to membership of an ethnic or racial minority that has historically disadvantaged in the country. Loans/scholarships are provided by colleges and universities for their future students, as well as by private organizations, churches, companies, and public services. Many students interested in obtaining help in the future college costs, apply for the various loan consolidations. May be you'll get lucky for once.

However, if you are refused, or if the loan was granted for an amount less than what you need, you may ask for additional money from a private lender. A private lender will surely you a higher interest rate, but unlike the government, the amount you can request will not be limited by factors other than your ability to pay dividends. Off course you have to think clearly to set you limit of rate.

You can easily find private student lenders by searching the network for student loans consolidation. Moreover, there are several companies that online access to many lenders who engage in this kind of loans where you can compare loan quotes and find the best deal available to private student loans.

Back to Home Heraniohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05516874597239454941noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7358157648485690074.post-77562324009534399512008-04-17T18:54:00.010+07:002008-05-22T16:15:01.765+07:00Two Young Guns in Champions LeagueEuropean Champions league is entering the semifinal. Barcelona stands alone against three English's big three. As always, it's always fascinating waiting for 4 fights in this stage. Those 4 clubs questionably are the best among European greats. But what I'm interested most is the young players in the league. Since Kaka from AC Milan left and young lads from Arsenal, there are only to prominent young players now; Bojan Krkic of Barcelona and Cristiano Ronaldo of Manchester United.

Calm so that Bojan stole Barcelona winning goal against Schalke in Gelsenkirchen on away quarter final leg, the amazing speed, vision and considerable courage with which Manchester Ronaldo headed the first goal in a 2-0 victory at the Olympic Stadium Rome, more than match the winners.

Bojan Krkic, who, at 17, is already doing things in Barcelona that his father's name to people who have reached with Red Star Belgrade, allowed supporters of European football to reflect on the applause.

Although a lot of people wondered whether Bojan knew, or affected by, the pressure on some of his illustrious team Barça; as Ronaldinho is far from the player, the most admired in the world, was two years ago. Samuel Eto'o is not as strong as a predator before injuries was plagued him this season and last. Carles Puyol, as Bojan born in Catalonia, is a captain in an overloaded Barcelona vulnerable defence. Bojan proved he is not intimidated.

Cristiano Ronaldo, once the boy from Madeira and now the great United's man to force another to strike at its collection target which makes it very close to the most complete attacking player in their game.

Twenty-three, however, is a very good age for Cristiano Ronaldo. This season has come in off his wing to play in a variety of roles to attack United. He has obtained impressive quality objectives kick hit, swerved with a magical of touch. He rushed pace that defenders can not match, to deceive them on the ground, to rise above them in the air.

Manchester is on track to meet Barcelona in the semifinals. Let's see them two fight face to face.

Back to Home Heraniohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05516874597239454941noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7358157648485690074.post-83713570328512682452008-04-15T10:18:00.009+07:002008-05-22T16:15:27.325+07:00The Meaning of Best FriendWhen someone's there for you when you need someone at most, the one who supports you, who respect you, who will listen to too, even if you do not have a lot in common with that person. That one might be your best friend.

A best friend to me is like family, even more. Someone you can trust more than any other people. A person you can feel comfortable around and act silly with you and not feel embarrassed. Someone that will be with you through ups and downs in life. A best friend, a person who will do what he can to see you happy.

You may have already seen a person who is less sophisticated can often get along well with many people from different backgrounds, and the reason for this phenomenon is that the person who has nothing hidden in his mind and he look at things sincerely. If you come across a person who has this type, I recommend that you be friends with him/her, as you will never find a better friend to yourself.

Back to Home Heraniohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05516874597239454941noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7358157648485690074.post-85197301640474691612008-04-15T09:47:00.011+07:002008-05-22T16:15:56.070+07:00BenQ Joybook A53The first thing you notice will be the elegant, metal finishing and tasteful etching of Joybook A53.
